EFQM Model – continuous improvement
The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) has awarded a distinction for DB Schenker (Schenker Sp. z o.o.) at the level of 5 stars. This is the first such high ranking both in the Polish TFL sector, and the whole DB group.
The distinction "Recognition of Excellence" at the highest level of 5 stars is a result of an excellence programme according to the EFQM model implemented in DB Schenker.
|The EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Model is a tool that allows employees to assess the company as a whole. In previous editions of the EFQM self-assessment, several hundred employees of the company participated, identifying the strengths of our organization and the elements to be improved. On their basis improvements are planned and implemented.|
5 stars confirm that the company under assessment uses the world's proven best practices of business management, strategy development, management and relations with customers, employees, contractors and the society.
